Winter Solstice,
The reign of Darkness is broken
as the sun,
Slowly. slowly begins her return.
Pregnant with the sleeping seeds
Of returning life.
This year the full Moon adds her light to the darkness
Welcoming back the sun
And baby Zaguar
The new life, the new light
Graces the world
And reminds us that
All is a circle.
We welcome this new life, Zaguar,
As we welcome the new life that
Will come with the warming sun.
